Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Patient Consultant I.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist new patients in initiating their care journey and scheduling appointments
• Provide information about physicians, services, and patient experiences while maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Input and manage patient data in the electronic medical record system and communicate with various departments as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year experience in a large volume inbound call center preferred
• 1+ year experience in the healthcare field preferred
