Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Patient Consultant I.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist new patients in initiating their journey and scheduling appointments
• Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, providing information on services and physicians
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure accurate data entry in the electronic medical record system

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year experience in a large volume inbound call center preferred
• 1+ year experience in the healthcare field preferred
