New Patient Consultant

Job Summary

As the first point of contact for potential new patients, the full-time New Patient Consultant will assist individuals in initiating their fertility journey, providing information about services and scheduling appointments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to assist patients in scheduling new patient appointments and provide information about physicians and services
• Obtain necessary patient information and ensure accurate data entry into the electronic medical record system
• Communicate with healthcare providers and staff to address patient inquiries and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year experience in a large volume inbound call center preferred
• 1+ year experience in the healthcare field preferred
