Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote New Patient Liaison will prioritize generating new patient appointments through consultations, utilize an empathetic approach to convert prospective customers, and coordinate seamless transitions for referred patients.
Key responsibilities
- Generate increased new patient appointments through over-the-phone consultations and closing new business
- Utilize a soft sell approach to address inquiries and explain the benefits of choosing the organization
- Maintain accurate customer databases and report on inside sales metrics to recommend process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Five years of customer service experience, with two to three years in inside sales
- Ability to build personal connections with emotionally charged callers
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; bilingual is a plus
- Working knowledge of healthcare services or fertility is a plus
