New Patient Liaison

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time New Patient Liaison will generate new patient appointments through phone consultations, utilize an empathetic approach to convert prospects into satisfied customers, and coordinate with offices to ensure seamless transitions for referred patients, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new patient appointments through over-the-phone consultations and close new business
• Utilize a soft sell approach to address questions and explain the benefits of choosing the organization
• Coordinate with offices to ensure seamless transitions for patients referred for medical diagnosis and treatment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Five years of customer service experience, with at least two to three years in inside sales
• Competency in active listening and relationship building
• Ability to communicate accurately and concisely, especially with emotional callers
• Working knowledge of healthcare services or fertility is a plus
