New Patient Liaison

Job Summary

To support a growing fertility practice, the part-time New Patient Liaison will respond to patient inquiries, schedule consultations, and ensure a compassionate and efficient onboarding experience while working remotely for 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and digital inquiries from prospective patients seeking fertility services
• Schedule new patient consultations based on provider availability and patient needs
• Document patient interactions and ensure continuity of care through accurate record-keeping

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, patient access, or healthcare-related roles
• Demonstrated ability to communicate empathetically and professionally in sensitive situations
• Experience in healthcare, patient scheduling, or fertility services is strongly preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
