New Patient Liaison

Job Summary

To support a growing fertility practice, the full-time remote New Patient Liaison will respond to inquiries from prospective patients, provide information about services, and schedule consultations while ensuring a compassionate and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and digital inquiries from prospective patients seeking fertility services
• Schedule new patient consultations based on provider availability and patient needs
• Document patient interactions and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure a smooth transition to care

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, patient access, or healthcare-related roles
• Ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism in sensitive situations
• Experience in healthcare, patient scheduling, or fertility services is strongly preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
