Job Summary
To support a growing fertility practice, the full-time New Patient Liaison will respond to patient inquiries, schedule consultations, and coordinate with clinical teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and digital inquiries from prospective patients seeking fertility services
- Schedule new patient consultations accurately based on provider availability and patient needs
- Document all patient interactions and manage workflows for specialized patient populations
Required qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, patient access, or healthcare-related roles
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism in sensitive situations
- Experience in healthcare, patient scheduling, or fertility services is strongly preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
