Job Summary
To support a growing remote team, the full-time New Patient Liaison will respond to inquiries from prospective patients, provide information about fertility services, and schedule consultations while ensuring a compassionate and professional experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and digital inquiries from prospective patients seeking fertility services
- Schedule new patient consultations and provide accurate information regarding services and next steps
- Document patient interactions and maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies
Required qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, patient access, call center, or healthcare-related roles
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism in sensitive situations
- Experience in healthcare, patient scheduling, or fertility services is strongly preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
