New Patient Liaison

Job Summary

To support a growing fertility practice, the full-time New Patient Liaison will manage prospective customer consultations and coordinate with medical teams to enhance patient experiences, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new patient appointments through over-the-phone consultations and effective closing techniques
• Utilize an empathetic approach to convert prospective customers by addressing their questions and explaining service benefits
• Maintain accurate customer databases and report on sales metrics to recommend process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Five years of customer service experience, including two to three years in inside sales
• Strong active listening and relationship-building skills with an ability to communicate empathetically
• Experience in healthcare services or fertility is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; bilingual ability is a plus
