Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time New Patient Scheduling Specialist will engage with warm leads through calls, texts, and emails to schedule high-quality appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for potential patients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to generate interest and secure appointments with potential patients
- Follow up consistently with new and warm leads, ensuring no missed opportunities through various communication channels
- Manage multiple practice pipelines using HighLevel, nurturing leads and scheduling appointments in alignment with practice availability
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in a high-volume outbound calling or sales role, preferably within healthcare
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and pipelines simultaneously
- Proficient in using CRM systems, particularly HighLevel, and communication tools
- Highly self-motivated with effective time management skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
