Job Summary

To drive new patient volume, the full-time New Patient Scheduling Specialist will engage warm leads through calls, texts, and emails, primarily focusing on scheduling high-quality appointments for a dental practice while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to generate interest and secure appointments with potential patients
  • Follow up consistently with new and warm leads, ensuring no missed opportunities and maintaining detailed notes for seamless tracking
  • Manage multiple practice pipelines using HighLevel, nurturing leads and scheduling appointments in alignment with practice availability
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in a high-volume outbound calling or sales role, preferably within healthcare
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HighLevel
  • Ability to work a structured daily workflow with minimal supervision
