Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for new product and sustaining hardware platforms across multiple teams
• Provide operational insights for early-stage deployments and ensure smooth transitions from development to customer delivery
• Build documentation and feedback mechanisms to support cross-functional partners in Operations and Revenue

Required Qualifications

• Experience in leading hardware delivery programs across Operations functions
• Technical background to navigate engineering environments and support product education
• Familiarity with project management software, preferably Atlassian (Jira)
• Experience with business tools such as Salesforce and analytical tools like BigQuery
• Proven track record in shipping consumer or IoT electronic devices
