Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience; MS or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in field operations for a solar installation business or product management
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Good understanding of construction process flow and mechanical products' impact
• Experience in process improvement initiatives
