Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Relic Administrator to support their Performance Monitoring team.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and support New Relic APM, Infrastructure, Browser, and Synthetics
Configure dashboards, alerts, SLOs, and notifications aligned with performance requirements
Troubleshoot performance issues using New Relic data and assist in root cause analysis

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience administering New Relic in a production environment
Strong hands-on experience with New Relic APM and Infrastructure Monitoring
Experience monitoring Java, .NET, or Node.js applications
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and basic cloud concepts (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Understanding of application performance metrics (latency, throughput, error rates)
