Job Summary

Located in Raleigh, NC or Roanoke, VA, the full-time New Store Support Operator will provide customer service support for store and field teams on various projects, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and voice mail, ensuring timely responses and logging information in the Remedy database
  • Achieve performance metrics, including answering 80% of calls within 60 seconds and resolving 80% of inquiries on the first contact
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to company goals and maintain consistency with corporate guidelines
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience or training
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of store operation policies and procedures
  • Basic understanding of automotive terms and vehicle repairs preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet deadlines under pressure
