Job Summary
To support the management of complex commercial general liability claims, a fully remote Senior Commercial General Liability Adjuster will leverage their New York and Arizona Adjuster licenses to analyze claims exposure, interact with various stakeholders, and ensure effective resolution while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex commercial restaurant and retail claims
- Interact extensively with parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active Adjuster licenses in New York and Arizona
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
