Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior RN Case Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a caseload while coordinating care activities
• Serve as a clinical resource and coach for case management programs
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in New York and New Jersey
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate of Science in Nursing
• 5+ years of diverse clinical experience, preferably in managed care
• Proven expert knowledge of case management principles, with certification or willingness to obtain
• People-management experience, including the ability to implement performance improvement plans
