Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to oversee litigation strategies for a high volume consumer debt docket.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee all settlement negotiations
• Review and respond to all court pleadings and maintain a high volume docket
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and opposing counsel

Required Qualifications

• Preferably 2+ years of litigation experience
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• Must be licensed in New York and Texas; additional licenses preferred
• Computer proficiency
• Must pass a background check
