Job Summary

A company is looking for an Authorizations Lead to manage authorization processes and enhance client service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Engages with clients to secure timely authorizations
• Oversees the entry and validation of all authorization forms, ensuring data integrity
• Coordinates resolution of service issues by communicating across teams and leadership levels

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Four (4) plus years of customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Knowledge of insurance payer reimbursement practices in New York
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
