New York Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Omnicell implementation process, the contract Business Analyst will work remotely with occasional travel to New York City, focusing on integrating Omnicell with Epic EMR and analyzing interface workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Omnicell implementation process from a business analysis perspective
- Partner with technical and clinical teams to integrate Omnicell with Epic EMR
- Utilize ServiceNow to track, manage, and resolve tickets and change requests
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Omnicell implementation, either as an end user or a technical resource
- Working knowledge of Epic EMR integration processes
- Solid understanding of healthcare system interfaces
- Experience working with ServiceNow
- Ability to support multiple clinical systems during downtime scenarios
