Job Summary

Generating leads for a growing sales team, the full-time New York Business Development Representative will serve as the initial point of contact for dental practice prospects, utilizing various outreach methods to drive revenue in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact to a wide range of dental practice prospects
  • Utilize email, phone, and creative channels for outbound client outreach
  • Track sales activity using Salesforce and collaborate with senior sales leadership to meet KPIs
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment, preferably SaaS
  • Experience with cold calling, particularly with SMB targets
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning new sales concepts
  • Ability to adapt quickly in ambiguous situations with limited resources
  • Experience with standard sales tools and a willingness to explore new tools
