To support relocation and outplacement solutions, the part-time Career Coach/Job Search Strategist will work remotely with employees in New York, providing one-on-one coaching on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Establish rapport with employees and motivate them to achieve their career goals
• Guide employees through the coaching process, ensuring milestone completion and progress monitoring
• Advise on career development, transition issues, and effective job search techniques

Required qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching
• Current residency in the New York City vicinity with knowledge of the local job market
• Experience with virtual coaching methods
• Familiarity with navigating VISA challenges and career continuation scenarios is a plus
• Proficient with technology and AI, with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment for remote work
