New York Cash Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Leading cash and treasury operations, the full-time salaried New York Cash Accounting Manager will ensure accurate liquidity reporting, manage vendor relationships, and oversee cash projections while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bank and cash-related vendor relationships and oversee ACH/wire releases
• Maintain cash projections and report cash position to leadership while supervising bank reconciliations
• Support audits and month-end/year-end close deliverables, driving automation enhancements in Oracle Fusion ERP

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of general accounting experience, with a BA/BS in Accounting/Finance preferred
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP/treasury systems, such as Oracle
• Supervisory experience preferred; nonprofit/public/private mix is a plus
