Job Summary
To support a growing network of schools, the fully remote New York Certified ASL Educator will deliver virtual instruction, develop lesson plans, and engage students in a contract position.
Key responsibilities
- Access the educator portal to select job openings and teach the school's curriculum on a virtual platform
- Develop lesson plans aligned with class curriculum and foster creativity in the virtual learning environment
- Track student performance and attend district professional development sessions and faculty meetings
Required qualifications
- Valid New York World Language (ASL) or American Sign Language teaching certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Experience with online teaching is a plus
