Job Summary

A company is looking for an ES Language Scorer (NY) to evaluate constructed responses for teacher certification examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluates constructed responses of teacher candidates in New York
• Successfully internalizes training and scoring guide
• Engages in consensus scoring activities with other scorers

Required Qualifications

• Permanent or professional New York State teaching certificate corresponding to the content field
• Native or fluent speaker in the language with a college degree
• Educators from colleges/universities with a degree in a content-relevant field
• Must be a resident of New York State with eligibility to work in the United States
• Availability to participate in remote scoring sessions throughout the year
