Key Responsibilities

• Analyze medical services and billing to evaluate accuracy and necessity of care
• Collect and analyze data to make decisions regarding billing and treatment plans
• Document work and conclusions in designated computer programs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• CPC or CPC-A certification required
• Preferred experience in medical bill auditing
• Knowledge of workers' compensation claims process
• Experience with utilization review (prospective, concurrent, retrospective)
