Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peer Support Specialist to provide support and empowerment to individuals in their recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered, trauma-informed care to callers accessing the warm line
• Manage interactions to ensure appropriate support is provided efficiently
• Document client interactions accurately and meet established performance goals

Required Qualifications

• Must be certified or eligible for certification as a Peer Support Specialist or related role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or mental health preferred
• Experience in supportive counseling or mental health information services is a plus
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
