New York Clinical Risk Coordinator

Job Summary

To enhance health care quality and ensure patient safety, the full-time Clinical Risk Coordinator will implement risk management strategies, schedule RN assessor visits, and maintain accurate documentation while working remotely from NY, NJ, or CT.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule RN Assessor visits and create comprehensive schedules and reports to support the Clinical Risk department
• Engage with members over the phone to arrange appointments, ensuring a positive client experience
• Maintain accurate scheduling data and oversee staff and client statistics, conducting audits for timely RN paperwork submission

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a support or coordination role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
• Bilingual capabilities in Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Bengali, or Creole preferred
• Valid NYS identification or NYS Driver License required
