New York Clinical Specialist

Job Summary

Providing primary clinical support, the full-time New York Clinical Specialist will assist sales representatives in developing new sales opportunities and accounts with physician and hospital accounts while offering technical expertise, product demonstrations, and patient care in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at assigned clinical sites through ongoing education and clinical expertise regarding the company's products
• Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff on the use of the company's products, including case support in operating rooms
• Serve as the primary resource for clinical support, including troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment
• 3+ years of experience with implantable medical devices
• Operating room experience
