Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and negotiate repayment solutions
• Engage with customers through calls to discuss past-due balances and educate them on repayment strategies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of collections experience, preferably in fintech or lending
• Experience negotiating repayment arrangements or managing delinquent accounts
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle high call volumes
• Experience with CRM or collections management systems
• Demonstrated initiative and a collaborative team player attitude
