Job Summary

Supporting the company's licensing and regulatory compliance program, the full-time remote New York Compliance Specialist will manage money transmitter license applications, renewals, and regulatory reporting while collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of money transmitter license applications and renewals
  • Maintain NMLS records and coordinate the collection of supporting documentation for regulatory filings
  • Track filing deadlines and prepare periodic regulatory reports and correspondence
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, Public Policy, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, licensing, regulatory affairs, or a related field
  • Experience with regulatory filings and licensing administration
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
