New York CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly/quarterly/annual close processes under US GAAP
• Oversee GL operations, reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet reviews
• Support financial reporting, external audits, and internal controls

Qualifications

• Active CPA license (required)
• 8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience in technology or consumer internet companies
• Direct experience in both technology startups and public companies
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
• 3+ years of Big 4 experience strongly preferred
