New York CPA Financial Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SEC reporting staff to ensure adherence to reporting requirements and timelines
• Prepare and review all public filings, manage the SEC process, and implement changes in regulations
• Communicate with external and internal auditors regarding financial reporting matters

Required Qualifications

• CPA and a minimum of 8 years of public accounting and/or public company SEC reporting experience
• Solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, SEC regulations, and XBRL
• Banking industry experience preferred
• Workiva system experience preferred
