Leading a reputable nursing home audit practice, the full-time Nursing Home Audit Director will manage client relationships, oversee audit processes, and drive business development in a hybrid or fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own client relationships for nursing home and long-term care provider engagements
• Lead and review audits from planning through issuance, ensuring quality control
• Drive business development by cultivating referral sources and expanding existing relationships

Required qualifications

• CPA required
• Significant public accounting audit experience with leadership responsibility
• Strong client management skills and experience presenting to executive teams
• Proven ability or interest in practice growth and business development
• Nursing home or long-term care experience is strongly preferred
