Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communications with clients in North America & Europe
- Oversee onboarding of new accounts and ensure successful implementation
- Partner with Product & Engineering teams on client implementations and feedback
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Client Services at a B2B technology product company
- Experience working with asset managers or institutional investors is a plus
- Knowledge of API, data analytics, and SQL is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and global team environment
