Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing personalized consultations and following up to close sales
• Maintain a calendar of appointments and manage leads to contribute to company growth
• Collaborate with team members on clienteling and custom design projects to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in a high-volume retail environment, specifically in diamond sales
• Strong background in jewelry; certification as a Gemologist is highly preferred
• Independent, motivated, and well-organized with professional skills
• Compassionate and positive personality with strong technological proficiency
• Availability to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, totaling 24 hours weekly
