Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive legal counsel on U.S. labor and employment laws
• Advise clients on employee relations and best practices
• Lead litigation strategy and oversee employment-related disputes

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in litigation defense and employer counseling
• Licensed and in good standing with at least one jurisdiction, ideally NY
• Top law firm experience preferred
• Minimum book of business
• Hybrid work model with remote and occasional onsite days
