Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-time Employment Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage global employment law matters including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with various employment laws
- Provide expert advice on employment laws in California, New York, and internationally across multiple regions
- Draft, negotiate, and revise employment-related agreements, policies, and programs
Qualifications
- 12+ years of legal experience with a focus on global employment law, including 5 years in-house as employment law counsel
- Preferred bar admission in New York or California
- Strong business acumen and sound judgment in handling sensitive information
- Proficient with technology and applications relevant to employment law practices
- Experience in creating engaging legal presentations and training materials
