New York Employment Litigation Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time New York Employment Litigation Associate with 5-8 years of litigation experience, who will manage employment litigation cases, conduct research, and collaborate with team members, while having the flexibility for hybrid and/or remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of employment litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Collaborate with team members and clients to develop case strategies and solutions

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of litigation experience, specifically in employment law
• Admitted to practice law in New York
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
