New York Epic Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Optime/Anesthesia Implementation Specialist to support the design, build, and deployment of perioperative and anesthesia applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support full-cycle implementation activities for perioperative and anesthesia applications
• Gather and translate business and clinical requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to define workflows across pre-op, intra-op, and post-op environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• Current Epic certification in OpTime and/or Anesthesia (required)
• 5+ years of Epic implementation experience within a large healthcare setting
• Experience supporting surgical workflows, including pre-admission testing, pre-op, intra-op, and recovery
• Familiarity with supply management, barcoding workflows, and device integration
