New York Financial Transaction Representative

Job Summary

As a key member of a dynamic team, the full-time remote New York Financial Transaction Representative will process and monitor accounts payable transactions, support vendor registration, and assist with credit card program services while ensuring compliance with university policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, resolve invoicing errors, and maintain direct deposit accounts
• Support vendor registration and credit card program services while providing exceptional customer service
• Interpret university policies and develop productive relationships with faculty, staff, and students

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or finance plus 2-4 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Experience prioritizing multiple deliverables in a complex, high-demand environment
• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups and maintain effective working relationships
• Capability to manage sensitive transactions and communications with discretion
• Familiarity with standard office productivity tools, including Microsoft Office suite
