Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Benefit Representative to sell health products and services while identifying membership growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based analysis to recommend appropriate health products to individuals
• Represent the company at community events and assist individuals through the application and enrollment process
• Utilize Sales Force CRM for tracking activities, managing appointments, and reporting to management

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• 2 to 5 years of experience in managed care, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Basic computer skills are necessary
• Driver's License may be required by some plans
• Specific language skills may be required by some plans
