Job Summary
Supporting day-to-day HR operations for a growing nonprofit organization, the part-time Human Resources Manager will manage onboarding, payroll processing, and general HR administrative tasks in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring processes, including communication with candidates and new hires
- Process biweekly and semi-monthly payroll accurately and maintain employee payroll records within ADP
- Facilitate onboarding processes and manage employee data updates within ADP
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience in HR
- Strong experience with ADP for payroll and employee management
- Ability to manage HR processes independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with federal regulations regarding I-9 documentation
- Experience in troubleshooting payroll discrepancies and responding to employee inquiries
