Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day HR operations for a growing nonprofit organization, the part-time Human Resources Manager will manage onboarding, payroll processing, and general HR administrative tasks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate hiring processes, including communication with candidates and new hires
  • Process biweekly and semi-monthly payroll accurately and maintain employee payroll records within ADP
  • Facilitate onboarding processes and manage employee data updates within ADP
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of related experience in HR
  • Strong experience with ADP for payroll and employee management
  • Ability to manage HR processes independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with federal regulations regarding I-9 documentation
  • Experience in troubleshooting payroll discrepancies and responding to employee inquiries
