Key Responsibilities

• Support various business departments including asset management and collections
• Negotiate pre-litigation disputes and handle litigations, including motion preparation and court appearances
• Advise on third-party and vendor relationships and stay current on regulatory developments

Required Qualifications

• JD with 1 to 5 years of experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or as a workout specialist in financial services
• Commercial negotiation skills and experience in financial transactions
• Familiarity with commercial lending and sales-based financings
• Proactive approach to legal and risk mitigation
• Ability to handle evolving priorities in a dynamic environment
