• Make 80-100 outbound calls per day to existing customers
• Receive and respond to emails promptly
• Answer customer questions and provide guidance through the KYC process

Qualifications

• Must reside in New York State
• Previous call center experience required
• Bilingual (French/English) preferred but not required
