Job Summary

A company is looking for an ABA Chart Audit Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation to ensure it reflects the skilled care provided and medical necessity
• Schedule and lead educational sessions based on documentation review results
• Cultivate relationships with clinical leadership and the compliance team

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited BCBA program or passed the RBT certification exam by the BACB
• At least 4 years of clinical experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Self-motivated with a willingness to exceed expectations and learn
• Understanding of regulatory policies
