Job Summary
Managing day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance accounts, the full-time remote New York Licensed Account Manager will support renewals and quoting activities while delivering high-quality service to clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and professional service to clients, Producers, and carrier representatives
- Manage account maintenance, policy changes, and client support needs for assigned commercial accounts
- Rate and quote commercial insurance policies and assist in the renewal and remarketing processes
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance customer service, account management, or sales
- Active New York Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Experience with commercial insurance products and carrier rating platforms preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency systems preferred
