Job Summary

Managing day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance accounts, the full-time remote New York Licensed Account Manager will support renewals and quoting activities while delivering high-quality service to clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver prompt and professional service to clients, Producers, and carrier representatives
  • Manage account maintenance, policy changes, and client support needs for assigned commercial accounts
  • Rate and quote commercial insurance policies and assist in the renewal and remarketing processes
Required qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance customer service, account management, or sales
  • Active New York Property & Casualty insurance license required
  • Experience with commercial insurance products and carrier rating platforms preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency systems preferred
