Job Summary
Seeking a full-time New York Licensed Administrative Law Attorney, the position will focus on litigating landlord/tenant disputes and administrative law cases, conducting legal research, and participating in marketing efforts for a prominent real estate law firm.
Key responsibilities
- Research and draft legal documents, including Art 78 and agency replies
- Litigate Administrative Law cases before various agencies and courts
- Provide advice on Rent Stabilization Law and conduct administrative due diligence
Required qualifications
- Active New York State Bar license and in good standing
- At least 3+ years of experience in real estate Administrative or Landlord/Tenant Law
- Deep knowledge of Rent Stabilization Law and Code
- Familiarity with Fair Housing and NYC Human Rights Law is a plus
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to handle affordable housing matters
