Job Summary

Seeking a full-time New York Licensed Administrative Law Attorney, the position will focus on litigating landlord/tenant disputes and administrative law cases, conducting legal research, and participating in marketing efforts for a prominent real estate law firm.

Key responsibilities
  • Research and draft legal documents, including Art 78 and agency replies
  • Litigate Administrative Law cases before various agencies and courts
  • Provide advice on Rent Stabilization Law and conduct administrative due diligence
Required qualifications
  • Active New York State Bar license and in good standing
  • At least 3+ years of experience in real estate Administrative or Landlord/Tenant Law
  • Deep knowledge of Rent Stabilization Law and Code
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing and NYC Human Rights Law is a plus
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to handle affordable housing matters
