Job Summary

A company is looking for an Antitrust Attorney for a 6-month remote assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide antitrust counseling on various issues, including Section 1 and Section 2 matters
• Assist with merger control, including analysis and regulatory filings
• Conduct contract reviews to ensure compliance with antitrust laws

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in antitrust law, including merger control and regulatory filings
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. antitrust principles, including monopoly issues and competitive restraints
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in PowerPoint is required
